The self evaluation is ongoing and there is no specific date. The Self-Evaluation is continually updated through the DACTrak Accessibility Management System, wherein if an ADA problem is listed, it is identified as completed. Question 16: There is no one individual, as implementation of the plan relies on many separate departments and programs, including IT, Facilities Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Parks Maintenance, Capital Projects, etc. ADA compliance is the role of all staff the have a function that requires compliance with accessibility. Question 17: Though there is no specific "ADA Transition Plan" budget, the City reserves funding for ADA improvements through individual project budgets, i.e. facilities upgrades include sufficient budget for removal of ADA barriers. The City also has ongoing streets maintenance and parks upgrades that include upgrades to ADA paths of travel for compliance with standards.
