SUBJECT: TREE-0690-2025 (1057 Buchon) Continuance
On March 23, 2026, the Tree Committee was presented with a removal request of one
(1) Eucalyptus ficifolia (red-flowering gum) tree located at 1057 Buchon St. The Tree
Committee requested that the applicant revise the compensatory replanting plan to
include two (2) trees in the front yard and that more information be provided about the
tree’s impacts to the foundation of the primary residence. The item was continued to the
next available hearing date. The applicant’s representative is expected to provide a
presentation with more information at the May 18 meeting.
