RECREATION 0FFICE BUILDING AT EMERSON SCHOOL SITE(McCW SKEY/94-13A - 30 min.) Consideration of a."Project Plan for Development of a Recreation Office Buildingn at the Emerson School site and a Request for Proposals, Specification No. 94-13A, to design the building. * RECOMMENDATION: By motion, 1) approve the project plan, and 2) authorize staff to distribute the Request for Proposals, Specification No. 94-13A. *MCCLUSKEY RM4L ACTION. Approved (4-0-1, PP-abs). No. 5. TROLLEY POLICY EXCEPTION (McCLUSKEY/549 - 20 min.) Consideration of amending the Council Compensation Policy. ♦ RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution establishing a Mayor and City Council Compensation Plan. **SLATE FINAL ACTION: 1) Leave current Council compensation as is, reduce reimbursable expenses at Council Compensation Committee's recommendation, and any Council Member can donate or not utilize portions of the package (3-2, PR-no, DR-no). 2) Direct staff to set policy stipulating that Council Members can choose to not be compensated (5-0).
