Thank you for the clarification, I believe the easiest way would be to upload them on the
SharePoint file and let me know when it is done.
For additional context, the appeals related to Citation #42584 (1018 Bond) and Citation
#42617 (385 Albert) are scheduled for hearings on April 29. It would be very helpful if you
could prioritize the supplemental documents for these two appeals and provide them as
soon as possible. Please let me know what a reasonable timeframe is for your team to
finalize the additional materials for these appeals and the less urgent ones.
As a note, our office will need to complete its review by April 13 to determine whether the
materials provided are sufficient to move forward with setting up the hearings /review. If the
appeals proceed, the notices and the admin records will need to be served on or before
April 15.

I am working on a couple supplemental informational sheets to add to these appeals regarding
unpermitted fraternities. They are to provide some general background and context regarding
fraternity enforcement and use of the DoorList app postings as evidence. Would you like me to
email you the informational sheets and the list of citations in which they should be included,
or just add them to the admin record and let you know they have been added?

The Request for Director's Review form was technically received outside of the required 5-day
window. The Notice of Violation was issued on 3/10/2026 and the Request for Director's
Review was submitted on 3/19/2026. However, given that spring break occurred within the
window, we will be processing the request and providing a response.

Greetings Amel,
Rami Salem is assigned to both cases that you reference in your emails. Unfortunately,
both Rami and John have been out of the office this week. I was able to find the NOV for
244 California and it does appear that the request for directors’ review was submitted within
the five days.
Rami and John will both be back next week and will be able to address the investigation
materials. However, if you need more information today and I can try to gather as much of
the investigative record as possible and send them to you.

On March 19, 2026, the City of San Luis Obispo received your Administrative Citation Appeal Form
