Capital Improvement Plan
The City has an established system of streets with curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. The City’s sidewalk system is comprised of 202 miles of
sidewalk and 2436 points at intersections where pedestrians cross the street. New replacement installations of sidewalk and curb ramps are
required to continue the City’s program to provide a complete and accessible pedestrian path of travel.
