Hi Bill,
The ITE Manual does have a sampling of different size operations and
with trip generations calculated by three differing parameters: square
footage, acreage (open yard storage), and by number of units. We would
still be ok to use the generic Industrial category and are not sure if
the ITE specific operation based analysis would yield a higher or lower
number. The mini-storage description in the ITE did not include
additional profit centers such as moving companies or moving vehicle
rentals (U-hauls), PODS, etc. A standard office operation would be
included if not a central/branch office for several mini-storages. A
caretakers unit will have an apartment use add-on. I hope that this

Hal,
Thanks for your time this afternoon. Hopefully you can check the ITE
manual about the breakdown of trip generation for a mini-storage for the
Venture property. I have a meeting with the client tomorrow at 11:00 AM
and I was hoping to have some more specific information on possible
transportation fees. Thanks.
