Please don’t rezone the fraternity/ sorority house in the neighborhood!! It feels as tho cal poly already
runs the town in many respects and that would devastate the immediate neighborhood s with decreasing
the value of a place they purchased to raise families and enjoy walking to town. Why can’t our town stand
up to C P and say no?? Why can’t the property tax payers have a louder voice to represent? How does
this happen? Weren’t bike lanes all over able to keep them happy.. all 20 bike riders….
I don’t mean to bash CP but it just feels crummy that residents and property owners don’t get
consideration.
