Cal Poly is an asset to our City in many ways but the citizens of our City also must be cared for and supported just as we try to do with Cal Poly. My goal for our city is that we can be supportive of Cal Poly but maintain our community. Adding a zoning overlay to our city that would allow increased fraternities in family oriented neighborhoods is not positive planning. Noted in code enforcement is the number of rentals in SLO and how to manage the quality of living, infill with ADU’s and homelessness issues. The city needs to focus on supporting all areas of the city and by allowing a zoning overlay that would allow increased fraternities (homes with multiple people) into our neighborhoods where we are attempting to support families is unacceptable. Please to not add Zoning overlay for fraternities and encourage Cal Poly to support these groups on Campus property. Thank you for your time and service. Victoria Wood San Luis Obispo 805/440-1580 1
