HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-11646 declaring certain City property as surplus and authorizing its saleR 11646 RESOLUTION NO. 11646 (2026 SERIES) A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE WHEREAS, on January 20, 2009, the City Council adopted policies and procedures governing the disposition of surplus City property through Resolution No. 10052, as reflected in Sections 480-A and 480-B of the Financial Management Manual; WHEREAS, the equipment identified in this report is no longer needed for City operations, retains value, and, in certain instances, requires City Council approval prior to sale in accordance with City policies. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo that the equipment identified in Table 1 attached as Exhibit A. Item for Surplus Designation is hereby declared surplus, and staff is authorized to sell such equipment in accordance with City policies. Proceeds from the sale of surplus items will be returned to the originating funds (General Fund and Water Fund).
