Case No.: 22CV-0412 INFORMED WRITTEN CONSENT TO JOINT REPRESENTATION AND WAIVER OF ANY CONFLICT OF INTEREST We, the under signed below Colorado Structures, Inc. dba CSI Construction Company ("CSI"), CAP IX- Foothill, LLC ("CAP IX"), Reliant Group Management LLC ("Reliant") and City of San Luis Obispo ("City"), collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each as a “Party”, consent to having Alicia R. Kennon, S. Joanna Dyriam and Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman (collectively, "WSHB") represent the Parties in the Jacob Kooi and Helen Kooi v. Jasmin H., a minor, et al. matter in Superior Court of California, in the County of San Luis Obispo, Case No.: 22CV-0412. We understand that WSHB currently represents the Parties in the above referenced matter, and, pursuant to Rule 3-310 of the California Rules of Professional Conduct, hereby consent and agree to the terms and conditions described therein. We further understand that there could exist a conflict of interest between the Parties, though WSHB is not currently aware of any actual or potential conflicts. At this time, the Parties are willing to waive any potential conflict for the purposes of this representation. Should a previously unknown conflict of interest arise, we understand that the Parties will be informed of that conflict and have the opportunity to ask that WSHB cease representation of one or more of the Parties. We understand and acknowledge that WSHB may withdraw from my representation should they feel there is a conflict that cannot be, or is not, waived by the Parties and determine they can no longer represent the Parties. Irrespective of this waiver the Parties, and WSHB can terminate representation at any time. In cases of joint representation, each client will be informed of significant developments relating to the joint representation and we may not withhold information one of the parties within the joint representation provides WSHB from other parties within the joint Caskie Collet Caskie Collet J.
