RE: Best And Final Offer (BAFO) for Transit Operation and Maintenance Services
Dear Mr. Fuchs,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit our Best and Final Offer to continue providing
transportation and maintenance services for the City of San Luis Obispo.
Attached is our BAFO Cost Proposal based on the updated Vehicle Service Hours of 44,759.4
in Year 1 to capture the implementation of additional Route 4A/B service and the operation of
“B” routes.
We have been honored to serve as the City’s partner for nearly 25 years, working together
through service growth, COVID challenges and the ongoing capital projects to update the City
facilities and the transition to electric vehicles. We are excited for the opportunity to continue as
your partner and we hope to be selected to continue collaborating with you for these critical
services.
