Subject:Proposed Changes to South & King Crossing Improvements
Hello, I am a resident on Mitchell dr, near the Broad and South st intersection, and my son attends
Hawthorne Elementary. We are in this area frequently going to and from school. I have seen many
instances of cars not stopping for the flashing crosswalk lights, or proceeding through the intersection
before the flashing stops.
The traffic on South st also makes it near impossible to turn left from King St at certain times of the day.
I think safety at the intersection would benefit from a signal.
