New User and Impact Fees Effective July 1, 2026
•User Fees will increase by a CPI of 3.68%
•Impact Fees will decrease by a CCCI of
0.51%
Later this week, customers will be able to
see all fee prices effective July 1, 2026, at
www.slocity.org/fees.
Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
Effective July 1, 2026, both User and Impact Fees will be adjusted:

2026-27 Business License Renewals
Business License renewal time is here!
•Online renewal portal opened in early May
•Staff is reaching out to operators to remind
them that it is time to renew
•Current licenses expire on June 30, 2026
•Operators become delinquent if they have
not been renewed by July 31, 2026
