FINAL ACTION= Adopted Resolution No. 8318 (5-0). ► C-2 SONIC CABLE FRANCHISE EXTENSION (HAMPIAN/146) Consideration of a one-month extension to the City's franchise agreement with Sonic Cable Television. ♦ RECOMMENDATION: By motion, approve extension through August 31, 1994. Adopted Resoluution No. 8319 (5-0). ► C-4 UNREINFORCED MASONRY LOAN PROGRAM (JONAS/707) Consideration of authorizing the City Administrative OFficer to administer an interest-free loan program for the strengthening of unreinforced masonry (URM) buildings. ♦ RECOMMENDATION: By motion, authorize the City.Administrative Oficer to administer program.
