memorandum
Gold Rope Necklace 800.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja was not wearing a gold
rope necklace when he was arrested. The missing fanny pack was searched,
but there was no gold necklace.
Jordan Shoes 300.00$
It appears Mr. Castilleja was wearing these shoes at the time of his arrest and
were released to him or Mr. Fountain
Letter Man Jacket 200.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja was not wearing a
letterman jacket when he was arrested.
Volcom Fanny Pack 89.00$
I spoke to our property office and searched our Records Management Software
and was unable to locate the Black Volcom fanny pack.
Power Bank C Type 90.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, it appears there is a black portable power
charger inside the fanny pack. This item appears to be missing.
Headphone 300.00$
This property was released to Mr. Fountain on 10/11/2024 per his investigative
memorandum (He refers to them as earphone)
Jordan Jumpsuit 200.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja was not wearing a jump
suit when he was arrested. Per Mr. Fountains investigative memo, these were
likely turned over to another subject.
Volcom Sandels 75.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja was not wearing a Volcom
Sandels at the time of his arrest.
Master Card Last four -$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, it appears the MasterCard was sitting on
the hood of Officer J. Ares' vehicle. It appears this items was lost during the
arrest
California Hand Bag 45.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja did not have this item when
he was arrested. Per Mr. Fountain's investigative memo, these were likely
turned over to another subject.
California ID Card 25.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, Mr. Castilleja did not an California ID
when he was arrested. He was identified by other paperwork which was
released to Mr. Fountain.
Little Tree AirFreshners 3.00$
Based on the Officer's worn Camera, they believed Mr. Castilleja stole these
items, but during the investgiation could not prove they were stolen and should
have been returned to Mr. Castilleja or booked

It was stated in the complaint that Officer Stevens had released false information and lied.
A member of our management team has completed a thorough investigation in this matter. We
found no evidence to support your accusations against Officer Stevens. We found no violation
of policy, law, or procedure.
