My name is Ben Cooper and im a tenant at 1218 bond st in slo. Our house got a letter saying it
was a fraternity which is very concerning because we are not and the landlord said it will mess
up our lease. I have all the information on this attached doc. If there's any more
information you need from me or the other tnents to help figure this out please let me know.

Dear Rami Salem and Code Enforcement,
Landlord at 1218 Bond St. received your correspondence regarding the city thinking that there's a
fraternity in the house at 1218 Bond Street.
There is not a fraternity at the house.
The house is lease to individual people for a lease term through July 2026.
Furthermore, in the lease it states that no fraternity or sorority activities or events should be in the
house, or take place in the house or on the property.
The house at 1218 Bond Street is leased out only to individual people, nothing else.
We will send hard copy correspondence, however we wanted to assure you more quickly than mail
service will deliver, that there is not a fraternity in the house.
