Subject:Traffic Signal Improvements at South St and King
From a financial perspective, I would support leaving the existing condition at this intersection in its
current state.
After reviewing three alternative proposals, I would recommend a fully controlled traffic 4-way traffic
signal as proposed, verses a Round About, or Reconfiguration of a NB King to WB South merging
lane. Traffic census do not a significant problem outside or one fatality in the past two decades.
