New User and Impact Fees Effective July 1, 2026
Every year, we adjust fee amounts.
Effective July 1, 2026, both User and Impact Fees will be adjusted:
•User Fees will increase by a CPI of
3.68%
•Impact Fees will decrease by a CCCI of
0.51%
Customers can see all fee prices effective
July 1, 2026, at www.slocity.org/fees.
