Good Morning,
SmartProcure respectfully requests copies of any current or most recently active contracts between City
of San Luis Obispo and the following vendors:
1. First Transit Inc
2. J B Dewar
3. Noble Studios
4. R Burke
5. A M Signal
6. Midcal Dredging
7. BigBelly Solar
8. Kitchell Contractors
9. Quincon
10. Electri Craft
If any such contracts exist, I would appreciate receiving the associated documentation that includes the
following details:
-The names of the contracting parties
-A description of the nature and purpose of the contract
-The contract’s start and end dates
-The total value or cost of the contract
-Any amendments, extensions, or renewals related to the contract
If the requested records are available in digital format, I would prefer to receive them electronically via
email. If you are not the appropriate custodian of these records, please forward this request to the
correct department or individual.
If these records are available through an online portal, database, or website, please provide the direct
link along with any instructions necessary to access or locate the relevant materials.
