My name is Jose Portillo, I am an auto adjuster with the Auto Club of Southern California and am
currently investigating an accident. I am requesting access to and/or copies of any video footage
captured by tra?ic cameras located at the intersection of Higuera St and South St in San Luis Obispo,
CA. please confirm if you may be able to assist and/or point me in the right direction if possible.
Specifically, I am requesting footage from cameras mounted on top of the tra?ic signal poles that may
have captured activity on:
Date: 06/16/2026
Time Range: 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm
Location: Higuera St and South St in San Luis Obispo, CA
Purpose: This footage is requested in relation to a vehicle collision that occurred during this timeframe.
If such footage is not maintained by your o?ice, I respectfully request that this request be forwarded to
the appropriate department or agency.
