In that email chain, Eric Wooten stated: “I found a reference to Scientology in the Daily Briefing Report for 7/10/24, but no mention of the folks named in the PRR.” Mr. Wooten then requested that Marjorie Menesez pull the public police log and Summary Sheet for DR 240710089. Accordingly, I request the following records: 1. The complete Daily Briefing Report for July 10, 2024. 2. The complete entry, excerpt, section, attachment, note, or page within the July 10, 2024 Daily Briefing Report that references Scientology. 3. All Daily Briefing Report drafts, versions, revisions, attachments, metadata, distribution lists, and circulation records for July 10, 2024. 4. The public police log for DR 240710089. 5. The Summary Sheet for DR 240710089. 6. Any report, CAD record, dispatch record, call notes, officer notes, incident summary, event history, or other record associated with DR 240710089. 7. The attachment titled or described as “PDUNIFLOW_PD Records Copier_0055_001.pdf.” 8. All emails, attachments, internal communications, notes, routing records, and records-request processing documents relating to PRR24345, DR 240710089, the July 10, 2024 Daily Briefing Report, and the Scientology reference. 9. All records identifying who created, edited, approved, reviewed, distributed, or received the July 10, 2024 Daily Briefing Report. 10. All records explaining why the July 10, 2024 Daily Briefing Report referenced Scientology. 1 11. If any records are withheld, please identify each withheld record or category of records and state the specific statutory exemption relied upon. Please provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions. If the City contends that no responsive records exist, please identify who searched, what systems were searched, what search terms were used, and when the search was performed. Because these records relate to pending or anticipated federal civil- rights litigation concerning the July 10, 2024 detention of Scott Hochstetter and seizure of two cellular telephones, please preserve all responsive records, metadata, attachments, versions, audit logs, routing records, and records-request processing materials.
