Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552) and the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code
§ 7920.000 et seq.), I respectfully request all records related to the incident below, with emphasis on
interrogation materials:

Interrogation video, audio, and transcripts
Interviews or custodial statements (audio, video, transcripts)
Body-worn camera footage
Patrol dashcam video
Surveillance or third-party footage
911 calls and dispatch audio/transcripts
Police and investigative reports
Any related photos, documents, or media
Incident Details:
Date of Incident: 2023-10-03
Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Involved Agency: San Luis Obispo Cnty Sheriff
Incident Description: Police arrested Jyerick Zane Nebeker after he threatened a victim with scissors, resisted
arrest, and assaulted a police K-9.
