They will be meeting with IT bi-weekly to assist in Energov configurations. They will be
providing general support services as technical needs arise. They will essentially be
supporting Neema in his role. This is replacing the previous service we purchased from
Tyler Tech that was called Tyler Assist Basic.

Thanks. On call consultants should provide a scope of work for the project with deliverables or
something like that. The on call contract governs the terms usually not the project by project scope.
