Pursuant to public records act, I am requesting all emails and other communications sent or received between
August 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 relating to a comprehensive fee study or analysis of the Building and
Safety Division’s cost recovery between city staff and/or any hired consultants. I would also like copies of any
attachments that were included with any identified emails. Please provide these records via email.
