Dear City Clerk:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code § 7920.000 et seq.), I request a copy of the
following public records of San Luis Obispo:
The log, register, or tracking list of public records requests received by San Luis Obispo between July 1,
2025 and June 30, 2026, including for each request, to the extent maintained: the date received, the
requester category or type (no personally identifying requester information is needed), a brief description
of the records sought, the disposition, and the date closed.
I request the records in electronic format (a spreadsheet export such as CSV or Excel is preferred)
delivered by reply to this email. If your agency does not maintain such a log, please say so in response; a
statement to that effect fully satisfies this request.
If any portion of the requested records is exempt, please release the remainder and identify the specific
exemption justifying each withholding (Gov. Code § 7922.540). Please note the determination deadline of
Gov. Code § 7922.535.
UnGovr is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under
Section 501(c)(3); these records are sought for the public benefit, not for commercial use. We ask that
any fees be waived or limited to the direct cost of duplication; if fees would exceed $10, please contact
me before incurring them.
