I explained that he needed to remove all visible storage, add premise identification onto the front of the structure of his property, fix the screens and either remove or register and fix the inoperable vehicles on his property. The rest of the violations noted on the Notice of Violation need to be in compliance by 10/5/16, when I inspect the property. If either deadline is not met, a citation will be issued for the existing violations.
