SUBJECT: Bicycle Committee recommendations concerning locating access to the Jennifer
Street bridge from the west side of the railroad (re Business Item #2 on the City
Council Meeting of December 13, 1994).
At its December 8, 1994 meeting, the Bicycle Committee reviewed three options for locating access to
the Jennifer Street bridge. The Committee recommends that the City Council support Option #1:
providing access near the southeastern end of Osos Street. The Committee also recommended that the
project should be designed to allow.for future implementation of Option 3: providing access near Santa
Barbara and Morro Streets.
