previously approved SLO Rep Theatre building (ARCH-0415-2019)
Dear Bryce and Kevin:
Thank you for the July 18, 2022 re-submittal for the modification to the previously approved SLO
Rep Theatre project. We have reviewed your application and found it to be complete. We reserve
the right to request additional information to clarify any changes or additions that are made to the
project description in response to this letter, as our completeness determination is based upon the
material provided with your application. Any substantial modifications to the submitted project
description may reset the project timeline under the Permit Streamlining Act and could result in
additional fees. At this time, your project is tentatively scheduled to be reviewed by the Director
no earlier than September 12, 2022.
