ARCH-0263-2022; Construction of a new single-family dwelling and garage with workshop on a sensitive site, including a request for exceptions from wall height limits to allow three walls, each six feet in height, within the Front Setback area, where the standard height limit ranges between three and six feet in height (categorically exempt from CEQA environmental review); R-1 Zone, Michael Bickel, Fixie Properties, applicant (Walter Oetzell). The Community Development Director will either approve or deny these applications no sooner than September 12, 2022. The Director's decision may be appealed, and must be filed with the appropriate appeal fee within 10 days of the Director's action.
