This memo is an official request for a time extension for SLO REP entitlements. This
request is for Project #ARCH-0221-2022/ARCH-0415-2019.
As you know, we are on schedule to meet 100% completion of our construction
documents for submittal by August 28, 2024, however, we are still working closely with
the City to finalize exterior revisions to the project for approval. While SLO REP design
teams will be ready to submit, we are requesting this extension in case this approval
cannot be met before the August 28 deadline.
Please let me know the best way to pay the extension fee of $5,144.21.
