Thank you for the update Kevin.
In working on your time extension, I realized that as part of your project you also received a
minor use permit (for a theater in the Downtown Commercial Zone). This is a separate
entitlement and thus a separate time extension request and fee is required. I was so
focused on the architectural discussion that I overlooked this other entitlement that was a
part of the project. The time extension for the use permit has a fee of $979.61. I can utilize
what you have already submitted for the time extension for the architectural approval, but
will need to receive payment of this additional fee to process the time extension for the use
permit. Once you get building permits in / approved, the use permit will be vested and will
not have to be renewed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Rachel Cohen

Hi folks,
Just wanted to let you know where we are. We overnighted the original sample to CeraClad
that we’d like color-matched, and they’re working on it and will overnight the physical sample
to u as soon as it’s done.
We’ve been in contact with Tarlton Plaster and they are working on samples of both the
SAFFRON and DAISY ORANGE- will be sending them to us as soon as they’re done.
We’re looking at numbers and determining what exactly is possible with the $125k we’ve
currently allocated for these exterior entitlement revisions. Should have a package and
complete sample selection for you all to check out within 7-10 days.
Thanks- let me know if you have any questions!
