On November 3, 2023, at approximately 1:08 p.m., officers with the San Luis Obispo
Police Department responded to a residence in the 500 block of South Street after
receiving a 911 call reporting a domestic violence incident.
According to police, Kona Wilson, 37, allegedly became involved in a physical
altercation with his girlfriend, threatened to kill her while brandishing a knife, and then
barricaded himself inside the residence after the victim escaped and called 911.
