Consultant will provide the following services
Task 1: (discounted rate of) $4,950
•Assist in drafting and/or refining Whereas Recitals, Ballot Question and Measure components
and add value to staff report and balloting material
o Embed information
o Participate in one teleconference needed
Task 2: (discounted rate of) $9,950
•Develop word copy content for Communications Toolkit of post-placement informational
materials (such as website copy, content copy for mailings, FAQs, talking points, online
content). City to conduct its own graphic design and print/mail using its own vendor/s and
process outside of this agreement.
o Make one round of revisions to Toolkit materials and transmit to City.
o Participate in up to two tele or video conferences to review/edit recommended
messaging materials (City Attorney participation necessary) and provide Message
Training to City Staff.
As the parties anticipate completing these scopes by July 31, neither scope will include ongoing
strategic advice. Legal advice or services is expressly not within Consultant’s Scope of Wor k. NO
advocacy services will be provided as part of any City scope of services.
