Subject: CPRA Request
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (CPRA)(Govemment Code $ 6250 et seq.) and
Article I $ 3(b) of the California Constitution, as amended by passage of Proposition 59 on
November 3,2004,I am writing to request a copy of the following documents:
o A copy of the Agency Data Sharing Report that includes a list of all
agencies/organizations that share data with the San Luis Obispo Police Department
and with whom the San Luis Obispo PD shares data in Vigilant's (AKA Motorola)
LEARN system.
o A list of all agenc ies/organizations that share data with the San Luis Obispo Police
Department via Flock (aka Flock Safety) which can be found in the Flock portal
under "Networks Shared With Me." Please provide in CSV format.
o A list of all agencies/organizations with whom the San Luis Obispo Police Department
shares data via Flock. Please provide in CSV format.
I ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of it, as provided for
in the CPRA. Please provide responsive documents electronically.
If you determine that any or all or the information is exempt from disclosure, I request that:
(1) you exercise your discretion to disclose some or all of the records notwithstanding the
exemption; and (2) that, with respect to records containing both exempt and non-exempt
content, you redact the exempt content and disclose the rest.
Finally, should part or all of this request be denied, please provide a written response
describing the legal authority or authorities on which the denial is based, as required by the
CPRA.
