Hello again, Human Services Grant Applicants!
As a follow-up to my email from March 18th (below), I am writing to inform you all that the
April 1, 2026 Human Relations Commission Meeting packet is published and
available on the Public Meeting Agendas web page. As a reminder, at this meeting, the
Human Relations Commission will be discussing the Grant Review Subcommittee’s
preliminary funding recommendations for the 2026-27 Human Services Grant program.

Hello Human Services Grant Applicants!
First off, thank you all so much for your interest in the 2026-2027 Human Services Grant!
You all are doing such amazing and critical work, and we appreciate you taking the time to
craft your applications.
Second, I wanted to provide you all with advanced notice that the Public Hearing of the
Human Relations Commission to discuss the funding recommendations for this
grant will be held on April 1, 2026 at 5pm, here at City Hall in the Council Hearing
Room. More information will be posted on our Public Meeting Agendas web page next
week.
I will also be sure to send an email to this group next week, when we post the agenda
which will include the initial recommendations from the Human Relations Commission
Review Subcommittee. At the April 1st meeting, you will be able to provide public comment,
if you wish, related to the preliminary funding recommendations.
