You are authorized and directed to make the described changes from the plans and specifications, or to
increase or decrease contract quantities, as follows:
The contractor is directed to dispose of the non-hazardous silt and dredged material within the 5 acre laydown
area located between the stilling basin and the effluent valve vault. Fine grade the soil to slope towards the
south at 1% and provide a erosion control measures are listed on the contract plan s and specifications.. The
work includes connection to a planned manhole and full roadway restoration. MidCal Dredging has submitted
a total cost of $12,596.00 for this scope, which includes all labor and materials.
Staff supports this directive, as it is within the existing project area and represents a cost -effective
enhancement to the contract.
All labor, equipment, and material will be paid at the Lump Sum price submitted by MidCal Dredging as
PCO#1 on 11/04/2025.
By reason of this proposed change 0 days extension of time will be allowed.
Total cost of this change is: $12,596.00
We, the undersigned contractor, have given careful consideration to the changes proposed and agree, if this
proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may be noted above
and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefore
the prices shown above.
