RE: Second review draft parcel map PM SLO 24-0045
I have reviewed the revised draft parcel map, closure calculations and reference documents and
have the following comments:
Sheet 2
1. Parcel 2 dimension labels do not agree with closure inverse data (dated 8/12/25).
2. Sum of Parcel 1 + Parcel 2 area does not agree with overall boundary area per inverse
closure report submitted.
3. Some Measured data is not noted with M per the map legend.
4. Check R7 Book / Page, 30 MB 86 not found in Co SLO Map Index.
5. See miscellaneous corrections on the check print.
See comments and corrections in red ink on the attached copy of the draft map. Disregard any
pencil markings, they are only my working notes and scribbles.
