3. Tax bond certificate
4. Signed mylars

technical comments from Surveying and I will be out of the country from 10/30-11/16, so the comments

False alarm, the agreement doesn’t have to get recorded
concurrently with the map. Could you just plan to provide a
copy of the original recorded agreement like discussed in
your response #1?
