AFFIDAVIT OF INTENT TO APPLICANT OCCUPY
1.On November 13, 2024, I, as the applicant for an Urban Lot Split of the real property
located at 1346 San Marcos Court, San Luis Obispo, California, which is also identified as San
Luis Obispo County Assessor’s Parcel Number 004-782-081, and further described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference (hereinafter "the Property"), or my authorized
representative, submitted an application to the City of San Luis Obispo for a parcel map to
subdivide the Property, pursuant to the procedures outlined in Government Code Section
66411.7.
2.I, as the Applicant for the Urban Lot Split of the Property, intend to occupy one of the
existing residences on the Property, as my principal residence and for a period of no less than
three (3) years from the date of approval of the parcel map or from the date that the first
certificate of occupancy is received for a residence if there are no existing residences on the
Property at the time of the parcel map approval.
3.I understand that the Community Development Department of the City of San Luis
Obispo may take such lawful action as it deems necessary to verify the veracity of this
declaration. I acknowledge that if upon the conclusion of such investigation, the City of San Luis
Obispo reasonably believes this declaration is inaccurate or untruthful, it may pursue all available
legal remedies.
I declare under penalty of perjury of the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true
and correct and that this affidavit was executed on the ____ of ____________, 20___, at
