Given the landscape around search and zero-click, the website traffic numbers are very strong. Each of the 3 KPIs (Overall Sessions, Paid Sessions, and Hotel Referrals) that exceeded their goals also improved YoY. Even though Organic Sessions didn’t meet our goal, it was still the top driving source for traffic for all of July and came in second to Paid Search for Lodging Referrals. We closed our FY by hitting our paid session goal and helping drive the hotel referral goals. Paid Search is the standout performer for hotel referrals and site sessions. As we look ahead to next year, we see opportunities in other channels to drive referrals and boost impressions in Google search ads. Concurrently, Demand Gen and Performance Max (PMAX) optimizations transformed these channels into dual drivers of both brand reach and downstream partner referrals. Meta and Display maintained strong CPM efficiencies as top digital impression generators, with scaled allocations planned for August to fulfill total injection targets. This digital push was further amplified by regional media co-ops (LA Times, LA Magazine, Sojern), which delivered 8.2 million impressions to expand destination visibility across target markets.
