Special Meeting of the Promotional Coordinating Committee
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the Promotional Coordinating Committee was called to order on Tuesday,
May 28, 2019 at 3:07 p.m. in the Cal Poly Stadium – Presidents Suite in San Luis Obispo,
California, by Chair Zoya Dixon.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Members Ryan Heath, Matthew Wilkins, Melissa Godsey, Dana Matteson,
John Thomas, Vice Chair Daniel Levi and Chair Zoya Dixon.
Absent:
Staff: Tourism Manager Molly Cano, Tourism Coordinator Chantal Burns.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. PCC CONTRACTOR WORKSCOPE STRATEGIC PLANNING
The committee participated in a strategic planning session lead by consultant Michelle Carlen
for the work scope development for the contract agreements for the 2019-21 work plan.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m. The next regular meeting of the Promotional Coordinating
Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room,
