C-1 APPOINTED OFFICIALS SALARY ADJUSTMENTS (SLATE/622) Consideration of adjusting the annual salaries for the City Administrative Officer, City Attorney and City Clerk. • RECOMMENDATION: 1) Adopt resolution adjusting the salary of the City Administrative Officer; 2) adopt resolution adjusting the salary of the City Attorney; and, 3) adopt resolution modifying the City Clerk employment contract. Adl5L--' 17 ► Art C-2 ARCHEOLOGICAL REPORT - FORMER KOZAK SITE (McCLUSKEY/94-26) Consideration of authorizing a Request for Proposals to conduct Archaeological exploration and a final report for the former site of the Kozak Parking structure, and authorizing the transfer of $30,000 from the Parking Fund balance. (Request for Proposals is available in the Council Office for review.) * RECOMMENDATION: By motion: 1) authorize the distribution of a Request for Proposals; and, 2) authorize transfer of funds. ► C-3 PARKING LOT EXTENSION - FORMER KOZAK SITE (McCLUSKEY/95-20) Consideration of plans and specifications for Parking Lot #3 Extension, Specification No. 95- 20 (former Kozak site). (Plans and specs are available in the Council Office for review.) * RECOMMENDATION: By motion: 1) approve plans and specifications; 2) authorize staff to advertise for bids; 3) authorize City Administrative Officer to award a contract if the lowest responsible bid is within the engineer's estimate; and, 4) appropriate an additional $71,000 from the Parking Fund to project account. ► C-4 SANTA ROSA PARK PROJECT (McCLUSKEY/93-43B) Consideration of authorizing emergency bid procedures to complete Santa Rosa Park project, Specification No. 93-43B. ♦ RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution authorizing emergency bid procedures.
