SCLC Voter Designation Form
To ensure consistent representation from all parties of the Student Community Liaison
Committee (SCLC), the SCLC voting designee must be specified on this Voter Designation
Form affirming their role as a voting member, and their intent to consistently represent
their respective areas at the monthly meeting of the SCLC.
Furthermore, each partner of SCLC shall be allowed to designate a second
representative as their alternate voting designee. This alternate voting representative
shall be afforded the vote on behalf of their area if their initial designated voting,
representative is unable to attend a particular SCLC meeting. Notification of the voting
member designee shall be provided to the SCLC Chair 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Additionally, this Voter Designation Form shall be submitted at or before the first
meeting of the SCLC in June. Only one Voter Designation Form shall be accepted, per
area, per fiscal year, unless the representative is removed from office or otherwise
incapable of representing their area. Cases shall be determined by the Chair of the
Committee. The Chair and Vice Chair of SCLC are not permitted to assign a designee.
