Subject:public censure hearing
City Council Members: Rather than you read through many sentences regarding my opinion of Mayor
Stewart’s premature disclosure of the Grand Jury report to Cal Poly (her employer), let me just say that I totally
support Carolyn Smith’s letter & recommendation! This is not a personal attack on Mayor Stewart but we do
question her actions! You need to agendize a public censure hearing as soon as possible regarding this
breach of confidential information! This issue needs to be discussed publicly rather than swept under the rug
without further discussion.
