Greetings Jake,
I appreciate the update and the work towards resolving the code violations. Regarding timeline, I would ask
that you continue to provide me with regular updates (every 30 days) including all pertinent facts and including
estimated timeframes if possible.
If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let me know.
Sincerely,
Nick Buckley

Hi Nick,
I hope you're well. It's been a minute since we spoke in your office, just wanted to give you an update. We are nearly at
the contract sign phase with our two co-packers. We've had some back and forth with product formulation this month
and last month, just trying to get their output to taste right. Once those contracts are signed we can begin the process of
transitioning our manufacture over to them, although that transition will take a bit of time.
We never heard back from your office on timeline so we're going to continue to move as quickly as we can without
putting the business in major jeopardy. We're close though.
Let me know if you need anything from me.
Cheers,

Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear that things are moving along. Please be sure to keep me
updated through out the process and if there is any way that I can help. I spoke with the Deputy Building
Official earlier this week about the space. He is not opposed to conducting a meeting and evaluation but
he believes it would be more beneficial to do so after plans are submitted and reviewed. Of course, it
may not be necessary.

Hi Nick,
I just wanted to give you an update that we're getting quotes built out from a few architecture firms in town and
have learned a lot in the process. Right now we're working with Omni Design, SSB, and Ashley & Vance.

Greetings,
You would need a design professional that is qualified to prepare building plans with associated
structural calculations, like a licensed engineer. A design professional should be able to conduct an
evaluation of the premises with the proper history of the space and produce plans with structural
calculations. It is important to remember that all modifications to the space since the late 1980’s were
not permitted as I have no permits on file post 1989.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for your help. Would a general contractor be the type of person to speak to or do we need some kind of
actual engineering firm?

Let me float the idea around with some of the management in the office and see what happens. In the
meantime, I recommend that you find a design professional that can help you develop building plans. If
we do schedule a meeting, I think it would be very helpful to have your design professional present.

Hi Nick,
I hope you're well and had a fun time off the other week. I got your violation letter in the mail yesterday. You
had mentioned we could have a sit down with your team and chat about what we need to do and how we could
go about it, would that be possible?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers,
