Subject:Public Records Act Request - Livingston CA PD (WSIN FLEX CAMERA) Flock Records
Hello,
Please treat this as a request under the California Public Records Act and route it to the San Luis Obispo
Police Department personnel responsible for Flock Safety records and administration.
The City’s November 28, 2025 Flock Shared Networks CSV, published at the link below, contains entries
for both Livingston CA PD and Livingston CA PD (WSIN FLEX CAMERA):

For January 1, 2025 through the date of search, I request:
1. The native Flock Shared Networks export containing those entries, including the original CSV, XLSX, or
other native electronic file and any associated export metadata maintained by the City.
2. Existing records sufficient to identify what Livingston CA PD (WSIN FLEX CAMERA) represented,
including whether it was a separate Flock organization or network and whether the designation reflected
funding, equipment ownership, administration, access permissions, a WSIN-managed sharing channel,
or only an organization name.
3. Current and historical Flock sharing records concerning Livingston CA PD and Livingston CA PD (WSIN
FLEX CAMERA), including records showing sharing direction, activation or deactivation dates, access
scope, administrator or approving account, and any changes to the relationship.
4. Native Flock Network Audit, Organization Audit, or other available audit rows sufficient to identify any
searches of San Luis Obispo Police Department Flock data by either Livingston entry, and any San Luis
Obispo searches that used data made available through either entry. Please include date and time,
organization, search type, stated reason, network scope, and result count where those fields exist and
are releasable.
5. Existing emails, Flock support tickets, documentation, agreements, grant or equipment records, and
internal communications that mention Livingston CA PD (WSIN FLEX CAMERA) or otherwise explain the
creation, naming, administration, or removal of that entry.
Please provide records in their native electronic format where available. If any record or field is withheld,
please identify the specific exemption and provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions. If the
City believes any part of this request is unclear or would benefit from narrowing, please identify the
relevant record system, custodian, date range, and available export fields so I can refine it.
