ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
Applications to make minor changes to the properties at the addresses listed below have been
received by the City.
1. 2171 San Luis Drive. ARCH-0532-2021; Review of a new 2,803-square-foot, two story single-
family residence with a two-car garage on a sensitive site. This project is categorically exempt
from environmental review (CEQA); R-1-S and C/OS-40 zones; JW Investments, applicant.

2. 3897 South Higuera St. DIR-0714-2019; Request for an Intermittent Use Permit to allow SLO
public market to host special events in three possible locations, approximately three events per
month (not to exceed 36 events per year). This project is categorically exempt from
environmental review (CEQA); M-SP zone; Taylor Powel/SLO Public Market, applicant. (Kyle

3. Intersection of Tank Farm Rd. & S. Higuera St. DIR-0596-2021; Night work for road work
improvements at the intersection of Tank Farm Road and South Higuera Street and along South
Higuera Street from Tank Farm Road to Maple Street as part of the Avila Ranch development
project. The night work will be for a maximum of 45 nights between October 3rd and December
31st. This project is categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); Public Right-Of-

4. 1064 Stuart Way. DIR-0432-2021; Request for a temporary use permit for a model home to be
used as a temporary subdivision sales office for the Righetti Ranch development; This project is
categorically exempt from environmental review (CEQA); R-2-SP zone, Travis Fuentes,

The Community Development Director will either approve or deny these applications no sooner
than September 27, 2021.
The Director's decision may be appealed, and must be filed with the appropriate appeal fee within
