It appears that there are actually three units on that one meter and it is paid for by your landlord. I would encourage
you to check with your landlord and verify they are paying the water/sewer.

Yes that is the correct address. I believe the property may share a meter with another unit; there is technically a second house
on the property but I am not 100% sure. Thanks
