The case you inquired about related to #251004009 (Admin Citation #41706) was issued to
Tate Lievers at 1236 Monte Vista #12.
The officer responded to the address at about 2:30AM. SNAP employees had responded
earlier to the location at about 2AM and the complaint of noise had come in at about
1:45AM. The SNAP employees confirmed there was a violation which prompted a police
officer to respond.
The officer noted they could hear music and voices extending past the property line. The
noise was coming from a backyard/courtyard area toward the rear of the property. Once the
officer was on the property, she could see people running into apartment 12 from the
courtyard area upon seeing the police arrive. The officer contacted Tate Lievers and
issued the citation. The officer noted there was alcohol present with about 10 people.
