1. CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the San Luis Obispo Tourism Business Improvement
District Board was called to order on August 12, 2026 at 10:02 a.m. in the
Council Hearing Room at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Chair
Pearce.

Danni Winter from Noble Studios presented the Annual Media Plan and
responded to inquiries. It was noted Marketing Committee would review
quarterly media plans throughout the year for the full Board’s review and
approval.

27 as presented.

Patty Thayer from SLO Repertory Theatre presented an update on the
organization’s move and invited the TBID, staff and partners to their
inaugural Tourism & Hospitality Night at SLO Rep on October 7.

Member Specchierla shared an update for Petite Soleil - now open for
brunch.

No management subcommittee meeting was held.
6.d PCC UPDATE
Member Specchierla provided a brief update on PCC activities.

Chair Clint Pearce provided a brief update on Visit SLO CAL activities.
6.f TOURISM PROGRAM UPDATE
Tourism & Community Promotions Manager Jacqui Clark-Charlesworth
provided an update on the tourism program.
7.ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 11:36 a.m. The next Regular Meeting of the
Tourism Business Improvement District Board is scheduled for September 9,
2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Hearing Room at City Hall, 990 Palm Street,
San Luis Obispo.
